Position Summary:
- The Sunday barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage orders while providing exceptional customer service. This role includes maintaining a clean and organized workspace, handling payments, and assisting with inventory management. Baristas should possess strong communication skills, a passion for coffee culture, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
- Operate the cash register and handle payments accurately.
- Assist with inventory tasks, such as restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.

- Availability to work Sundays from roughly 7a-12:30p
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours on shift.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

"A Place to Gather" - The Commons is a gathering space located inside of StoneBridge Christian Church (Omaha Campus) providing space for the community to gather, grab a great cup of coffee or a treat and spend time together. We have a 3 story indoor playground that's fully enclosed to keep kids safe and entertained and two outdoor playspaces.
